Features of QSK60 radiator: 

 

The unique features of radiators made of different materials:

 

1 Aluminum alloy (aluminum+zinc/silicon alloy) material of radiator

 

Advantages: Low density (lightweight, over 60% lighter than copper), high thermal conductivity (237W/m · K), low cost, easy processing and molding, heat dissipation efficiency meets over 90% of unit requirements, standard for modern generator sets.

 

Limitations: Weak acid and alkali corrosion resistance, afraid of hard water scaling. Special long-lasting antifreeze (including corrosion inhibitor) must be used. It is strictly prohibited to use hard water/tap water directly, otherwise it may cause perforation and blockage.

 

2 purple copper/brass of radiator

 

Advantages: Better thermal conductivity (401W/m · K), corrosion resistance (especially resistant to seawater/salt alkali/high humidity), long service life, suitable for islands, coastal areas, ultra-high temperature, high-power heavy-duty units.
