Classification of Track Chains:

Track chains can be divided into two types based on their structure:

Single pin track chain (mainstream): Each section only has one pin shaft and one pin sleeve, with a simple structure, light weight, low cost, and easy disassembly and assembly; Suitable for small and medium-sized excavators (1-30 tons), universal for daily working conditions

Double pin track chain: 2 pin shafts and 2 pin sleeves per section, with stronger load-bearing capacity, better rigidity, uniform wear, and longer service life; Suitable for large/super large excavators (over 30 tons), heavy mining loads, and hard rock conditions, but with high self weight and high cost
