Chain links (track joints): divided into active chain links (driving joints) and passive chain links (load-bearing joints), they are the basic skeleton of the chain, paired and connected by pin shafts to form a circular chain track; The active chain link is toothed and meshes with the driving wheel to transmit power.

Pin shaft: The core shaft component that connects adjacent chain links and bears composite loads of shear, bending, and torsion, ensuring flexible rotation of the chain links.

Pin sleeve (liner): It is placed outside the pin shaft, isolating the pin shaft from the chain joint hole, reducing wear and reducing rotational resistance, while protecting the pin shaft.

Track shoes: components that directly contact the ground and are fixed to the chain links with bolts, providing grip, dispersing the weight of the entire machine, and protecting the chain links; There are patterns/ribs on the surface (such as single rib, triple rib, wet floor).

Tightening bolts and nuts: high-strength specialized parts that fix the track shoes and chain links to prevent loosening and detachment.

Auxiliary components: guide block (guiding the chain to run on the guide wheel/sprocket wheel to prevent derailment), sealing ring (O-ring/floating oil seal in the pin shaft/pin sleeve to prevent sediment from entering and maintain lubrication), thrust plate (limiting axial movement of the chain link).
