Sprocket driving wheels For CAT Komatsu Volvo Hyundai Shantui Hitach Excavator Bulldozer Loader

There are 2 pcs of sprocket/drive wheels for each excavator, driving wheel is the only active wheel in the walking system. 

The driving wheel's struction is very simple, but it is subjected to great force on excavator. 

The sprocket/drive wheels consists of the following components:

Wheel body: main body, with gear ring
Gear teeth (driving teeth): a critical part that meshes with the track chain links
Wheel hub/mounting flange: connected to the output flange of the walking motor reducer
Fixed bolt: high-strength bolt, locked onto the reducer
Dust seal/mudguard: prevent mud and sand from entering the motor joint surface

The drive wheel has no bearings, no oil seals, and no need to apply butter. The overall rigid structure is directly rigidly connected to the gearbox, it turns when the excavator moves without bearing weight. 

How to select sprocket for your excavator/bulldozer/loader ?

When you select a sprocket, it is important to select according to your excavator's brand and model. 

6 tons, 13 tons, 20 tons, and 30 tons excavator cannot be mixed, as the flange and hole spacing of bolts are different. The driving wheels should match with the track pitch, otherwise, it will happens the problems such as teeth won't holding-on, jumping, abnormal noise, etc; and also will make the driving wheels and track to be weared quickly.
