The KTA19-G4 engine radiator is a specialized cooling component developed specifically for the Cummins KTA19-G4 diesel engine. It accurately matches an 18.9L displacement, 504KW standby power generator set and is widely used in scenarios such as 400KW-450KW diesel generator sets, mining standby power sources, oilfield drilling, construction sites, and factory emergency power stations.

This product adopts high-density tube belt/plate fin heat dissipation core, high-quality copper cooling tube+high-purity aluminum heat sink composite structure, with heat exchange efficiency increased by more than 20% compared to ordinary products, ensuring stable water temperature, no boiling, and no punching of KTA19-G4 engine at 1500rpm rated speed and full load continuous operation. Thickened pressure resistant water chamber, reinforced side panels, and anti vibration welding point design can withstand high vibration, large temperature difference, and long-term continuous operation tests of the generator set, and adapt to harsh environments such as -20 ℃ low temperature start-up, 50 ℃ high temperature exposure, and dusty mining sites.
