In response to the precise control requirements of its electronic fuel injection management system (ECM), a high-density copper aluminum composite plate fin type heat dissipation core is used, which increases the heat dissipation area by 38% compared to ordinary products. Combined with vacuum brazing technology, the heat exchange efficiency is excellent, ensuring that the water temperature is stably controlled within a safe range when the engine runs continuously at 1500rpm rated speed and 100% full load, completely eliminating problems such as high temperature boiling and power attenuation. In response to harsh working conditions such as high dust in mines, high humidity in oil fields, and strong outdoor vibrations, the radiator adopts anti-corrosion coating, thickened cast aluminum water chamber, and reinforced frame side plate design. The core welds have been verified through fatigue testing and can withstand equipment bumps and continuous vibrations, eliminating the risk of leakage.
