The track roller(support wheel) is the core load-bearing component of the excavator walking mechanism (track chassis), which directly determines the stability, walking efficiency, and track life of the chassis. Core structure of track roller (support wheel): wheel body, shaft, bearings, floating oil seal, end cover, sealing seat, oil injection nozzle. How to select a suitable track roller for your excavator/bulldozer/loader ?

Provide us the track roller part number or excavator model if you know it. If you don't know it, how to select a right track roller? 

Tonnage matching:

1-3 ton micro excavator: need 4-6 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight ≤ 15kg; 

5-8 ton small excavator: need 6-8 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight 20-35kg; 

15-25 ton medium excavator: need 8-10 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight 40-70kg; 

30 ton and above large excavator: 10-12 pcs of track roller, single wheel weight ≥ 80kg

Track pitch matching: The track pitch and tread width of the supporting wheels must be consistent with the track plate pitch and width - incorrect track pitch can easily cause derailment, narrow tread can easily fracture the track plate, and wide tread can increase frictional resistance

Chassis structure: Match the installation hole positions, axle diameters, and center distances of X-shaped and H-shaped chassis to avoid installation failure
